Challenge
NGOs collect field data on paper, then spend days re-entering it before they can report progress to donors.
-
Approach
We designed for the reality of fieldwork — no signal, mid-range phones — then made reporting a one-click export instead of days of re-typing paper forms.
-
Result
Field officers capture data on their phones — even offline — and it syncs to a dashboard that tracks indicators against targets and exports clean donor reports.
What we built
- Mobile data collection that works fully offline and syncs later
- Indicator tracking against targets, by project and region
- Live dashboard for programme managers
- One-click export to donor-ready reports (PDF / Excel)
The idea. Donors expect timely, accurate reporting, but field teams often work where there’s no internet. ImpactTrack shows how an NGO can collect reliable data anywhere and report on it instantly.
What we built (as a demo).
- A mobile data-collection app that works fully offline and syncs later
- Indicator tracking against targets, by project and region
- A live dashboard for programme managers
- One-click export to donor-ready reports (PDF / Excel)
Why it matters. Less time re-typing paper forms, fewer errors, and reporting that takes minutes instead of days — so the team can focus on the work itself.
This is a sample build created by Cranix to demonstrate our approach. We build tools like this for NGOs, projects and institutions.
