Challenge
Small shops track stock in notebooks or spreadsheets, so they run out of best-sellers and can't see what's actually making money.
-
Approach
We replaced the notebook with the fastest possible data-entry screen for staff, then gave the owner a live dashboard they can trust from anywhere — phone or laptop.
-
Result
A simple dashboard where staff record sales and stock in seconds, while the owner sees live stock levels, alerts and profit reports from anywhere.
What we built
- Fast point-of-sale entry screen for staff
- Live stock levels with automatic low-stock alerts
- Daily and monthly sales & profit reports
- Role-based access — owners see everything, cashiers see only what they need
The idea. A growing shop can’t be run from a notebook. StockPilot demonstrates how a small business can get the kind of visibility big retailers have — without expensive enterprise software.
What we built (as a demo).
- A fast point-of-sale entry screen for staff
- Live stock levels with automatic low-stock alerts
- Daily and monthly sales and profit reports
- Role-based access: owners see everything, cashiers see only what they need
Why it matters. The owner finally knows what’s selling, what’s running low, and how much money the business is really making — in real time, from any phone or computer.
This is a sample build created by Cranix to demonstrate our approach. We can tailor a system like this to exactly how your business runs.
